Program Description:

Copper Chief is a great way to support Jerome Preservation Society’s many ongoing efforts in the community. Becoming a “Copper Chief” is a commitment to the lifelong prosperity and preservation of Jerome. The funds raised in this program are dedicated to any effort or need that may arise, because life happens and so do emergencies. Copper Chief is aimed at finding those “holes” in the community and filling them. That could be by sending a community member to trade school, or raising funds to assist in a much needed project or purchase to be donated to the Town, on behalf of the community. Copper Chief is a way to support the community in a bold way!

This program helps cover whatever project may arise, so that means funds donated to this program will be used for a variety of opportunities, it is not narrowed down to one function. Funds could be used for example… community garden supplies, purchasing property to maintain affordable community housing, assisting a resident with a much needed project, utility bill assistance, and anything else we as a community deem important. To put it as simply as possible this is the fund that will be used to “see a need, and fill it” Every contribution honors the legacy of this community and those who have continuously, time and time again, looked out for one another, reminding us that true strength in a town like ours comes from the strength, connection, resiliency and resolve of its community members.
